The butcher shop Talho Porco Preto, from Setúbal, relied on PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS services to requalify and optimize its attendance and queue management service with a complete QMAGINE solution.
The project included the installation of a QTICKET Touch ticket dispenser kiosk and a monitor for displaying content and providing information about the tickets. As for the calling of the tickets, this is done through a button to which the employees have access.
One of the particularities of this project is the fact that customers can, if they want to, leave their cell phone number to be alerted, via SMS, of the proximity of the service. Considering that this butcher shop is located inside Setúbal’s Livramento Market – one of the busiest in the country –, customers can take a ticket, leave their phone number and go shopping while they wait their turn, for example.
When the customer goes to pick a ticket, he can also see, on the QTICKET Touch ticket dispenser, the number of people ahead of him in the queue.
Besides, and given the large number of tourists that frequent the butcher shop, this system is translated into eight languages: portuguese, english, french, spanish, italian, russian, german and mandarin.
