Carclasse is one of the largest Mercedes-Benz authorized distributors in Portugal and has chosen the QMAGINE by PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS queue management systems for the service location in Lisbon.
A complete system was developed for the Carclasse service area, in order to allow an efficient management, making the service more customized and a more pleasant experience for Carclasse customers.
THE QMAGINE BY PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS TEAM HAS DEVELOPED A COMPLETE AND CUSTOMIZED SOLUTION, FOCUSING ON THE STUDY OF DIFFERENT COMPONENTS, USER EXPERIENCE, USABILITY AND INTERFACE DESIGN.
The system integrates the 17″ QUARTZ touchscreen kiosk developed by PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS, which allows the user to select the different services provided and add the vehicle’s registration number.
The digital signage / corporate TV module installed in the Carclasse dealership in Lisbon, incorporates a 43″display, which transmits dynamic information about the services, such as the next registration to be called, service desks, etc.
THIS SOLUTION ALLOWS THE CARCLASSE SERVICE TEAM, THROUGH A BACKOFFICE SYSTEM, TO:
- Call specific and / or priority tickets;
- Customize services to operate and in which counter;
- Check statistics;
- Forward tickets to different services;
- Present the registration number, as well as where to go;
- Among others.
