Cruz Verde clinic – Serviços de Assistência Médica, in Guimarães, used PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS’ services to requalify and optimize its queue and service management with a complete QMAGINE solution.
This project included the installation of a queue management system in the waiting area, a QTICKET Buttons ticket dispenser, monitors with information about the tickets and with corporate information of the clinic in the waiting area and also a monitor with visibility to the outside, ensuring social distance and avoiding the agglomeration of users in the facilities. Located on the lower floor, this last equipment, in addition to information on the status of attendance, also displays content managed by the client himself.
