The Fernando Pessoa University School Hospital, in Gondomar, used PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS’ services to requalify and optimize its service management and queues with a complete QMAGINE solution.

The project included the installation of public attendance management systems. Each system, in turn, consists of a QTICKET TOUCH ticket dispenser and a digital signage display, where it is possible to transmit the information of the tickets and the attendance counters/services, in a more organized and dynamic way. Through a touch screen, the user can consult the available services and take a ticket. Regarding a button kiosk, the QTICKET TOUCH has the advantage of being able to include more information about the services, since it is a touch screen with interactivity. It is also possible to configure the screen with the standby mode (screensaver) and, in this way, display advertising in the form of images and videos of the company/institution.
