IPO of Coimbra optimizes its Service Management System

The IPO – Portuguese Institute of Oncology of Coimbra Francisco Gentil is a hospital unit that is part of the National Health Service (NHS) health care network.

Multimedia kiosks allow patients to validate the appointment and pay the moderating taxes, thus being immediately available for medical care, without the need to go through the service desk.
