SIXT, one of the world largest Rent-a-Cars, represented in Portugal, by the JAP Group, has chosen QMAGINE by PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS, queue management systems to organize the flow of customers at Porto, Lisbon and Faro airports.
In order to provide a more personalized service, the QMAGINE by PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS division has developed a complete queue management system for the SIXT service counters.
This solution allows through an efficient backoffice system:
- Calling specific and / or priority passwords
- Customize services to operate and on which counter
- Forward tickets to different services
- Share the number of the called ticket, as well as where to go
- Digital content promotion
- Among others.
The QMAGINE division by PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS ensures through its queue management systems, manage and monitor service behavior in real time.
