SIXT, one of the world largest Rent-a-Cars, represented in Portugal, by the JAP Group, has chosen QMAGINE by PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS, queue management systems to organize the flow of customers at Porto, Lisbon and Faro airports.

In order to provide a more personalized service, the QMAGINE by PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS division has developed a complete queue management system for the SIXT service counters.

This system integrates the BENT, ticket dispenser kiosk, which guarantees a faster, more intuitive service. And the digital signage / corporate tv module.

This solution allows through an efficient backoffice system:

  • Calling specific and / or priority passwords
  • Customize services to operate and on which counter
  • Forward tickets to different services
  • Share the number of the called ticket, as well as where to go
  • Digital content promotion
