Due to the limited number of people inside the stores, because of the pandemic situation, long lines started to form at the entrance of the stores. This situation caused many people to give up entering some stores or to stand in line for a long time waiting for their turn. So, the project at Vila do Conde Porto Fashion Outlet included a complete solution from the QMAGINE division of PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS. For such, ticket dispenser kiosks of the QUARTZ 15” model and NET model were installed, as well as displays to present information regarding the attendance status.
With the implementation of the Multi-Store queue management system from PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS, the shopping center customers are able to pick up a ticket to enter the stores they want to visit without having to wait in line to secure their turn inside the store.
The Digital Signage displays by PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS are spread throughout the shopping center, so that customers can always be aware of the tickets that are being called for each store. In other words, customers can walk around the mall, visit other stores or even stop by the food court while waiting for their turn. The displays, in addition to transmitting information about the tickets, display dynamic communications (video, audio, image) about other relevant content.
In addition, by reading a QR Code, scattered in several places in Vila do Conde Porto Fashion Outlet, customers can also take their ticket online. After reading the QR Code using a smartphone, customers can check the number of people waiting for a particular store and issue their ticket online.
