Self-service kiosks – QSR, were developed for the restaurant area of Dolce Vita Tejo, in Lisbon.
The PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS company was a technological partner of the project developed by LEVOO and responsible for the design, assembly and production of self-service digital kiosks.
This is an innovative project that allows restaurants to provide their customers with a new form of automated mono and multi-brand service.
The self-service digital kiosks developed by PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS, give the customers the possibility to carry out their requests, in a practical and comfortable way.
The 27” MEDIAX stand-up kiosk is specially designed to provide a clear and dynamic view of the information, making the space more modern and at the same time more functional.
- Reduced waiting times by avoiding restaurant queues;
- Call comfortably on smartphone apps or kiosks;
- Customize the order, according to the restaurant’s menu;
- Use restaurant loyalty system (if applicable);
- Provide billing information.
- Payment with different means of payment like MBWay, VISA, etc.
HOW IT WORKS ?
Dolce Vita Tejo offers two kiosks, with two service points each, strategically placed in the food zone, and the whole offer is also available in the LEVOO apps for iOS and Android.
According to those responsible for the commercial space, these digital platforms allow “better management of food orders, thus avoiding the inconvenience of waiting in the queues of restaurants to make the request.”
For now, the service is available at restaurants Joshua’s Shoarma Grill, H3 – Burgers, Quasi Pronti, Bitoque no Ponto, Bifanas Vendas Novas and Alentejo.
