QTICKET TOUCH for A Padaria Portuguesa

A PADARIA PORTUGUESA has chosen PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS QTICKET TOUCH model to integrate in its store located in the Colombo Shopping Center.

The concept of A PADARIA PORTUGUESA appeared in 2010 and since then has grown significantly, now with several stores spread throughout Lisbon.

The main goal of its creation was to bring back the traditional neighborhood bakeries and pastries, which are so rooted in Portuguese culture. A space where people could enjoy high quality pastry products but also create a “meeting point” where healthy dialogue and well-being could be generated.

The kiosk chosen for the store was the QTICKET TOUCH, a model with a management system of automatic attendance by means of the number of cashiers and customers available.

Together with the QMAGINE System, this kiosk integrates the WINTOUCH system that allows the ticket number calling, which is made through the POS (billing system), not being necessary to leave the application to make the management of care, streamlining the process.

The installation of this kiosk in the store of Colombo allows thus, an improvement in queue management and quality of care of its customers.

PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS, recognizing the importance of the management of queues and attendance has incorporated in its kiosks, the QMAGINE division, focused on innovation and optimization of this sector.
