To ensure the best management of care and queues, the software Qmagine, developed by the company PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS, was installed, where customers can withdraw their password through ticket dispensers, in order to provide a more pleasant and intuitive experience to all customers waiting their turn at the hospital.
The Qmagine software was also integrated with Maxdata’s Sonho and Kiclinic software.
