THIS SELF-SERVICE INTERACTIVE KIOSK IS LOCATED NEAR ONE OF THE MAIN SIGHTS IN LISBON, IN THE SANTA JUSTA ELEVATOR.
The main function of this kiosk is to enable the easy acquisition of tickets for tourist circuits in panoramic buses, guaranteeing tourists the passage through the main points of interest and providing the discovery of the city of Lisbon, without having to wait long in a queue.
The advantages of self-service kiosks are the autonomy they provide to users, the differentiation and flexibility of control and reduction of waiting time as well as the service itself.
IN THIS MULTIMEDIA KIOSK CAN BE INTEGRATED DIFFERENT TYPES OF COMPONENTS SUCH AS PRINTER, CARD READER, WEBCAM, KEYBOARDS, AMONG OTHER COMPONENTS DEVELOPED TAILOR-MADE OF EACH PROJECT AND / OR CUSTOMER NEED.
The provision of information and this autonomous way of interacting with new technologies is of fundamental importance in the tourism sector.
