Service Management for Porto Tourism Office

The city of Porto was again chosen as the best tourist destination in Europe. With a growing number of tourists, the Porto Tourist Office – Visit Porto. – chose one of the queue management solutions QMAGINE by PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS, to organize and manage the flow of visitors to the tourist information desk in person.

The service was provided through a complete queue management system, which includes: a QTICKET TOUCH ticket dispenser kiosk with a 10″ tablet and a digital signage display to transmit dynamic information from the tourist office, tickets and multi-service counters.

A project customized, where everything was thought out in detail. PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS was responsible for the production, assembly and customization of the entire project, maintaining the branding and image that characterize the Porto Tourist Office.

Queues have always been part of people’s daily lives, in banks, public services, tourism information offices, cinemas, among other environments. The purpose of the queues would be to organize and maintain the ordering, however, we sometimes observe that they become a disruption and cause for dissatisfaction and complaint by visitors and customers.
