PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS integrates a set of production lines, that allow the processing and manufacture of multimedia kiosks in several materials, such as painted steel, stainless steel, aluminum, acrylic, MDF and other materials.

PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS is proud to be one of the few national (Portuguese) manufacturers of multimedia kiosks. The company uses advanced technologic sytems that allow the production of small or series of kiosks, guaranteeing a high quality in the final product.

We produce kiosks with structures in stainless, mahogany, carbon steel, glass, etc., with a wide range of standard models we have the capacity to produce custom kiosks the way the customer wants. All of our models has a robust structure, metal or stainless and antivandalic with security locks and ventilation systems.

All the kiosks components are produced and/or developed to prevent vandalism.

At all stages of the manufacturing process, from technical design to the packaging, technical staff will comply with procedures and standards set, which assures a unique quality of the final product.

The professionalization and continuous training of employees, monitoring the work environment, checking the satisfaction of employees, suppliers and customers is a process that is continually in practice.

PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS selected a set of production lines, mostly with the Quality System Management Certification according to ISO 9001:2008.

Also regarding the equipment sell to the market and the corresponding future treatment of electrical waste, PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS is duly registered at the National Association for the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regist, wich has been assigned the producer number PT001712.

PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS select and gives the electrical and electronic management waste to the company AMB3E.

All equipment sold by PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS have the CE mark, which is the guarantee that the product meets the standards in community directives. PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS is not responsible for specific compatibility or compliance in the customer jurisdiction.

The company is also proactive because all components that take part of the equipment meet the European RoHS Directive, which restricts the use of harmful chemicals into the ecosystem, as well as comply with the limits for Class B digital devices in conformity with Part 15 of FCC rules, which define that:

(1). These devices may not cause harmful interference.
(2). These devices must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

The environment preservation and the adoption of behaviors that allow the reduced use of harmful chemicals is a constant concern of the company.

All designs or technological innovation are duly patented by PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS in the competent national and international entities and all information is duly registered in ACID (Anti Copy In Design).

We seek customer satisfaction through the implementation of technical assistance processes that allow a quick and effective repais or replace of the equipment.

The warranty of multimedia kiosks manufactured / sold and components is 1 year against manufacturing defects and, if there is no indication in the contracts, all other equipment / components that are part of the kiosks have 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. This period can be extended.

The warranty only covers any equipment defects that occur during the same period (1 year) and is closely limited to the free replacement of parts with manufacturing defects.

These substitutions can only be made when the pieces with manufacturing defect are returned to PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS facilities.

The warranty of any equipment does not cover normal wear caused by its use over time, and the following points:

– Repair of damage caused by any accident or caused by majeur forces;
– Improper wiring or misuse by the CUSTOMER;
– Weaknesses in the electrical installation supply;
– Intervention by persons outside PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS;
– Any other action of the responsibility of the CUSTOMER;
– Supply and installation of toners;
– Correction of errors caused by the use of operating supplies not conforming to those who are specified by the manufacturer.

Still left an explanation, that the warranty of the equipment is only against manufacturing defects, begining on the sales date (invoice date) and not considered the anomalies caused by mishandling or wear the equipment. All periods presented are for consumers guarantees, while business customers (companies) under the warranty provided by each manufacturers. In some specific cases the warranty of the equipment begins from the date of manufacture of the equipment (example: air conditioning).

Any damage, in the warranty period, which was from the responsibility of the CUSTOMER, will be charged upon budget to the customer.

All transportation costs involved in travel / transportation equipment to PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS facilities are paid by the customer.

PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS is not responsible for customs duties or any finantial or other costs related to importing devices into customer country. Customer voids the warranty by unauthorized service or tampering with the equipment in any manner not presented in the techical service manual.

If order is made by a reseller, he is free to form his contracts with his customers, namely the warranty duties, but must consider the applicable law and the commercial practice usual in the business concerned and also the warranty conditions presented by PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS. Reseller will, while selling the products, point out in an appropriate way that warranty claims of the customer have to be directed to the reseller and not to PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS. In the event of warranty claims, the reseller shall not be entitled to refer the customer directly to PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS.

PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS provides products that are fully compliant with CE Certification requirements and other safety and regulatory certifications.

Equipments are tested with the requirements set out in the Council Directive on the Approximation of the Laws of the Member States relating to Electromagnetic Compatibility 89/336/EEC and the Council Directive relating to Low Voltage 73/23/EEC as well as the Council Directive R&TTE 1999/5/EG.

We are aware about Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG) for ITMs (Information / Transaction Machines: Kiosks, ATMs etc.) and we improving our methods and products to achieve this guidelines.

Warranty of merchantability and warranty of adjustment

The customer alone is bearing responsibility for the correct constructive configuration of the products, the correct choice of material, as well as the actual workability, even if having been counseled by PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS during development or in the proposal presentation.

Product developed by PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS is provided ‘As Is’ without any express or implied warranty of any kind, including, but not limited, to any warranties of merchantability, no infringement, or adjustment of a particular purpose.

We will help you get one!

First you should request to PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS a specific proposal, presenting all the needs about the components that we should integrate into the equipment.

If proposal is accepted, you shall order by issuing to PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS a purchase order, such purchase order to be made in writing, by email. All purchase orders shall be subject to acceptance by PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS, which shall indicate an expected shipping date and will proceed to the issue of a contract order and proforma invoice.

After acceptance of order, PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS will send a contract agreement that must be filled, signed and stamp by authorized person of customer. Upon reception of this contract by PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS, a proforma invoice will be sent to customer. Production of products will start after confirmation of payment and validation of final production drawings.

PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS reserves the right to change prices for the products. Customers orders are subject to prices currently valid in the price table or related to any specific proposal made by PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS which is still at that time valid (validity period presented in the proposal).

Yes, however note that PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS already has several exclusive distributors and partners in other countries, thereby ensuring that the exclusivity awarded to these distributors is accomplished by us, we can redirect your request to one of our partners or distributors.
