Through WhatsApp, it is possible to make the ticket request in virtual format for the smartphone, later receiving notifications of the service status for the corresponding service.
The SMS service replaces the ticket in paper format and, by means of a text message indicating the desired service, the customer receives another message with the corresponding ticket.
