Our kiosks are extremely technologically advanced, mainly because they integrate an intelligent electronic control unit (ECU), developed exclusively for our kiosks and which allows remote control and management through a web browser, allowing the system and electronic components to be always operational.
One of the most innovative features of our kiosks is undoubtedly the advanced remote control system THE BRAIN.
With THE BRAIN system it is possible to receive status information of the devices via SMS or through THE BRAIN web portal.
This allows authorized users (e.g.: technical staff) to receive alerts on their mobile phone or smartphone and also to operate on the devices installed in their kiosk through web application or via SMS. For example, a simple SMS with the text “Display Off” will turn off the display of a particular kiosk.
In case of an emergency, self-protection procedures, such as turning off the display, turning off the computer, HVAC stops and starts or power off the entire system, are automatically performed and with notifications (email or SMS) to ensure that the system is more reliable and secure as possible.
This ECU, besides possessing “intelligence” through pre-programmed algorithms anf functions that allow to make decisions autonomously, is connected through the network to a web portal that further enhances the capabilities of this device.
The web portal THE BRAIN is a fantastic tool to manage and monitor operations, which allows not only to perform monitoring functions and reception status of all the components that are installed in each kiosk, but also perform actions in real time to all equipment that is connected to the ECU in each kiosk.
THE BRAIN webportal has a set of graphical visualization tools and pie charts that allow for a quick and intuitive way to realize the state status of each component in a particular kiosk or in a group of kiosks.
INGENISENSYS (INGENIOUS SENSORS SYSTEM)
Kiosks equipped with THE BRAIN can integrate several sensors that provide real-time information on critical components of the equipment.
These sensors are named IngeniSensys and they are connected to THE BRAIN hardware, sending constantly updated informations to THE BRAIN online web portal.
In this web portal it is possible to configure actions and notifications based on the status of each IngeniSensys.
