With a path of four decades of success and more than 90 units in Portugal and abroad, the Pestana Hotel was looking for a digital solution that would bring together the necessary tools for greater organization in the restaurant area of the Hotel.
Responding to what the Pestana Hotel was looking for, PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS developed QUARTZ voucher dispensers with a touchscreen system for reservation management in the hotel restaurant.
This contemporary model that is currently in the Hotel was customized at technical and visual level according to the client’s objective.
With this equipment produced by PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS and driven by one of our business partners, the customer reserves his table on time at the hotel and will receive a voucher confirming the reservation made
The QUARTZ model
The QUARTZ customer care management model is committed to convenience and modernism due to its technological nature. One of the distinguishing features of this QUARTZ service management model is the possibility of personalizing it at a technical and visual level:
