Through a national business partner of PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS, QMAGINE service management system was installed at the Health Center of Cortes in Leiria.
Simple and functional, this is how we can define the 15’’ QUARTZ TOUCH ticket dispenser kiosk, which the Health Center of Cortes has chosen to automate the institution queue management service.
The developed system integrates the queue management module by ticket, which responds to all the service settings.
In order to provide a more personalized service, the system also integrates the digital signage / corporate tv module, which presents information about the Health Center and the next tickets to be called.
Waiting rooms in health centers are very important places. A good manager must understand that quality care is one of the main factors of patient satisfaction and loyalty, so it is important to look for innovative ways to improve these activities.
