This developed solution integrates an interactive ticket dispenser kiosk, DINK model with a 17″ display, and a citizen card reader and ticket printer system.

QMAGINE Queue Management System

The system developed for the Health Unit integrates the queue management module through paper tickets, which responds to all the service settings necessary in serving the public.

In order to provide a more personalized service, the system also includes the Digital Signage / Corporate TV module, which displays information about the Health Unit and informs users about the next tickets to be called.

DINK Multimedia Kiosk

The operating method of these kiosks is quite simple. As soon as users arrive at the Health Unit, they can immediately get a password at the PARTTEAM & OEMKIOSKS self-service kiosks. Users can also carry their Citizen Card, which can be inserted at the kiosk, if necessary.
